You may have some concerns before your first visit. Below are a few of the most common questions we’re asked.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I AM A NEW PATIENT?

If you have moved into the area, or are coming to us from another office, please bring any x-rays or medical records (if available) as well as the contact information for your last dentist. Also bring any medication that you are currently taking.

WHAT IF I NEED X-RAYS?

Low dose diagnostic x-rays (while seated) and low dose panoramic x-rays (while standing) greatly assist in identifying impacted teeth, decayed areas and problems below the gum line. All x-ray work required takes place at our location.

WHAT IF I NEED A PRESCRIPTION?

Your dentist can prescribe any medication that relates to your dental condition. If you are allergic to any previously taken medicine, please inform the dentist.

Once again, please bring any medication that you are currently taking to your first examination.

DO YOU ACCEPT CHILDREN PATIENTS?

Absolutely! All of our dentists and support staff are familiar with the extra attention and assurance younger patients need, and we know how to help them relax and feel less anxious.

DO YOU HAVE AMPLE PARKING?

We have lots of Free Parking is front of our clinic.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER I ARRIVE?

Upon arriving, our support staff will welcome you and ask you to have a seat in our waiting area. We try to see patients shortly after their arrival.

One of our team members will discuss your current problem and ask questions about your dental history. A thorough examination will follow, and recommendations will be made.

WILL I NEED AN ANESTHETIC?

Even minor and small procedures generally require some form of anesthetic. We are very experienced in administering dental sedatives in a safe, and virtually pain free manner.

WHAT ABOUT INSURANCE AND BILLING?

Do I make a claim for my treatment to my dental plan?

No, we will ‘direct bill’ your plan meaning that you do not have to fill out any paperwork and mail (or email) your provider and wait for their response. Often, 100% of your treatment is covered, and if not, the nominal difference will be made known to you.

  • Government Health Plans
